Interior Designer

Eclectic Home LLC, a high-end interior design firm and luxury home furnishings showroom, is seeking a motivated, talented, and organized Interior Designer to join our creative team. We lead our clients through every stage of the design process with thoughtful insight and tailored inspirations to create timeless, functional and beautiful interiors.

This role is ideal for a passionate designer who thrives in a face-paced, collaborative environment, with strong creative and technical skills, and eager to grow with an innovative nationally recognized firm.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or interior architecture, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional interior design experience
• A portfolio showcasing both technical and creative vision
• Strong rendering and space planning skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with construction documents and managing specifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage deadlines, anticipate challenges and solve problems independently

Roles and responsibilities

• Formulate and present design concepts through space plans, furniture layouts, color/material boards, and rendering elevations
• Create detail floor plans, elevations, RCP’s and finish schedules using AutoCAD
• Conduct site visit and field surveys; verify site dimensions to support design accuracy
• Source and specify furnishings, fabrics, fixtures, materials and finishes for projects
• Develop and mage project manuals and FF&E specifications using management software
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects and consultants to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and timelines efficiently
• Assist with showroom merchandising, sales and product selection
