Marketing/Administrative Coordinator

Engel & Völkers is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing/Administrative Coordinatorwith organizational, detail-oriented skills and photo/video/editing experience to join our team. This pivotal role will serve our Top Producer & Owner, while supporting shop level marketing initiatives. It combines content creation, data entry, CRM management, scheduling and creativity, with comprehensive marketing support to our New Orleans shop.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, creative, and able to juggle both marketing tasks and operational admin duties effectively.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In Person/Hybrid/Flex

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination & Execution

• Assist in planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns (social media, email, events, open houses, etc)

• Manage social media accounts, and e‑newsletters; draft copy and schedule posts

• Monitor campaign performance; analyze key metrics and produce summary reports

Project & Event Support

• Assist and participate in marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional materials

• Assist in organizing meetings, maintaining project calendars and documentation

Administrative Management

• Handle general admin tasks: email and phone communications as needed, calendars, expense reconciliation, and appointment scheduling

• Compliance and transaction coordination

• Maintain CRM and marketing databases with accurate, up‑to‑date information daily

Creative Support

• Assist in creating/editing marketing materials: presentations, collateral, blog posts, website content as needed

• Support basic graphic editing or content formatting as needed

Marketing Platform Coordination & Leadership Collaboration

• Utilize multiple in-house marketing platforms including EV Create (Canva), Adwerx, Rezora (e-mail platform), Brand Central, Lofty (CRM)

• As requested manage print-on-demand marketing materials and postcard campaigns

• Collaborate with leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and regional growth strategies

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and brand storytelling

• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut)

• Real estate marketing experience or knowledge of luxury branding preferred

• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills

• Leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively with virtual teams/senior leadership

• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred

Technical Skills

• Video production and editing preferred

• Social media management and content creation

• Email marketing platforms (Rezora experience a plus)

• Google Workspace and form creation

• Photography and photo editing capabilities

• Understanding of digital advertising platforms

• CRM experience
