Hôpital Pharmacien (F/H)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the safe preparation and distribution of medications for in‑patients.
- Collaborate with medical teams to design individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate ongoing therapies, propose adjustments, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Guarantee compliance with all applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Lead continuous‑learning sessions for staff on proper medication use.
Required Profile
- State‑approved Doctor of Pharmacy degree ( Diplôme d'État de docteur en pharmacie ).
- Proven expertise in validation and management of medical treatments.
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor for optimizing care protocols.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with medical personnel and patients.
Working Conditions
- Contract type: Fixed‑term (CDD) – 4 months.
- Compensation: €75 per hour.
