Objective

The purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to assist and support the Director of Sales and Membership and the Sales and Membership Manager. Support with all photography bookings, membership support, and the daily visitor experience by providing tour and cafe support.

Physical Work Environment

This job involves frequent standing and moving around, including outdoors in changing conditions (including heat and rain). Significant stretches of time working at a desk, daily maneuvering around eight acres of grounds, and lifting at least 40lbs are also required.

Essential Functions

·Customer and client service – engages with guests and clients daily in person, by phone, and through follow-up emails.

·Enthusiastic and positive manner at all times, whether working with clients, members, guests, or work colleagues.

·Assists the Director of Sales and Membership with photography bookings and event rentals when needed.

·Support Director of Sales and Membership with member stewardship and renewals.

·Schedules, books, and coordinates large group tours,in support of Sales and Membership Manager.

·Support Sales and Membership Manager with Gate House management and supervision as needed.

·Support data collection and organization for visitor tracking. Assemble admissions data, providing reports to Sales and Membership Manager.

·Generate a variety of reports utilizing Longue Vue’s CRM as requested by colleagues for grant writing, marketing, education,and sales purposes.

·Must be willing to work extra hours (in addition to regular schedule) during high-volume seasons and events

·Must have a positive attitude and high energy, including during periods of high traffic volume and/or challenging guest interactions

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with TUESDAY- SATURDAY schedule from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, with availability to work some evenings and additional days when needed.

Compensation

Starting salary, $38,500 annually following successful completion of a 60-day introductory period at $17.50/hour. Full benefits including health, vision, dental, and additional optional insurance, and paid time off begin following successful completion of the 60-day introductory period. Employer-sponsored retirement plan options are available following one year of employment.

Required Education/Experience:

At least 2-3 years of customer service experience, with references
