Part-Time Spanish Teacher

Zoe Learning House is seeking a passionate Part-Time Spanish Teacher for our 2025-2026 Wednesday Spark Enrichment program. We're a hybrid Christian microschool that combines hands-on, creative education with outdoor learning and strong family partnerships.

Position Highlights:

• Lead engaging Spanish classes for elementary students (ages 5-10, divided by age)

• Wednesdays only (but can be combined with a Tuesday and Thursday position for a 3-day position): 9:30am-3:30pm

• $126 per day ($21/hour) + additional benefits

• Fall semester: September 3 - December 10, 2025

• Spring semester: January 14 - April 29, 2026

What You'll Do: Ignite joy in language learning through songs, games, stories, and hands-on activities! You'll help children build vocabulary, practice conversational phrases, and explore diverse Spanish-speaking cultures in this interactive adventure. You'll collaborate with our nature-based educator to create immersive learning experiences. We also will plan a service project and missions spotlight each semester. Resources, supplies, and curriculum/planning support provided. Come join our supportive and innovative team!

We're Looking For:

• A committed Christian who can share their personal testimony

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Bachelor's degree preferred (in education or language-related field preferred)

  • We also consider each candidate holistically, including if they are a current student in education/ministry-related fields, have homeschooling experience, associate’s degree, education course work, separate certifications, etc., and are also teachable/proficient in classroom management and leading groups of children.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• 2+ years classroom/group teaching experience

• Love for Spanish language and Spanish-speaking cultures

• Flexible, creative, and excited about innovative education
