Investor Relations Associate (Real Estate Dispositions)
Our Story
Home Buyer Louisiana is one of the top homebuyers in the region. We purchase distressed properties directly from homeowners and either renovate them or assign the contract to investor buyers. Over the past 6 years, we’ve completed over 200 deals and built a trusted brand focused on integrity and win-win outcomes.
We’re growing, and we’re looking for a relationship-driven go getter who can take over our dispositions process - connecting with investors, showing properties, and helping us close more deals, faster.
Your Challenge
As our Investor Relations Associate, you’ll be the face of our company to the investor community. Your job is to make sure every deal that hits our system is monetized - by showing it, pitching it, and closing it with the right buyer. You’ll also work alongside our Head of Growth & Operations, who built the system you’re stepping into and will be there to support you through onboarding and training.
This is a rare chance to take over a role that is proven and profitable - with systems, leads, CRM, and reputation already built in.
What You’ll Be Doing...
Buyer Relationships & Deal Execution
- Call, text, and meet with investors to pitch deals
- Answer deal-specific questions and build urgency
- Collect offers, negotiate terms, and close assignments
- Coordinate showings, walkthroughs, and buyer logistics
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Keep the CRM updated with offers, buyer activity, and notes
- Flag risk areas, low-interest deals, or drop-off points
- Track and report metrics like offers/deal and close rates
Investor List Growth
- Prospect new buyers at meetups, online, and in the field
- Qualify and segment investor types and preferences
- Keep buyer data clean, tagged, and organized in CRM
Networking & Community Presence
- Attend local investor events, REIA meetings, and networking groups
- Help build our brand presence and grow our buyer reach

- You have sales or service experience. You’ve worked with customers, handled objections, and are motivated by performance.
- You’re hungry to grow. Whether you're learning real estate or want to make more money, you bring strong ambition.

- Reliable transportation (you’ll attend property showings)
- Comfort making calls and sending texts daily
- A professional presence and strong follow-up habits
- Tech comfort—CRM, Google Drive, Google Sheets etc.
- Eagerness to learn and a growth mindset
Compensation
Base Salary: $24,000
Commission: You will receive a commission on revenue across all deals you assign
On-Target Earnings: $72K+ with uncapped upside
